On Monday, 17 November 2025, Fly Above Aviation Ltd — has formally acquired Alto Aerospace Ltd which has officially been renamed Above Aero AOC Ltd t/a above™. This purchase secures our UK Air Operators Certificate (AOC) to support our future operations.

above™ is now preparing to relaunch as the the UK’s standout VLJ operator, with plans to introduce an affordable, on-demand, branded Phenom 100 jets. Our first jet will be based at Birmingham Airport (BHX/EGBB), offering flexibility and convenience for both domestic and near-European travel from all over the UK.
